The Ohio State University Open

The Ohio State University welcomes you to the OSU Open 2021. Due to concurrently run events, we restrict fencers to competition to only one event. Covid-19 Protocol: Masks must be worn at all times in the venue unless actively eating or drinking. A negative covid test must be shown before fencing. Testing must occur at maximum 72 hours before the start of competition. Registration Fee: $35 WALK-IN POLICY: Fencers who did not register by Saturday, 9/28, and still wish to compete may do so for increased fees: Event Fee $50 WEAPON AND EQUIPMENT CHECK: We will check for masks and gloves for all three weapons. Foil fencers must have a conductive bib. Saber fencers MUST use an 800N glove as per USA Fencing regulation. FOOD AND DRINK: We ask that all food remain outside of the designated fencing area. Drinks such as water and Gatorade will be permitted. OFFICIALS: The referee coordinator is Harrison Hue.
