The AskFRED API Beta

Your fencing world, programmatically

The AskFRED API is now in public beta. It gives you token-authenticated access to the data AskFRED already keeps for you — your profile, your linked fencers, your bouts, events, and tournaments — plus the public tournament listings the whole community searches every day.

Build a club dashboard, sync results into a spreadsheet, track a season, or wire AskFRED into your own tools. If fencers or organizers can see it on AskFRED, you can build with it.

Your fencing record

Your profile and linked fencers — including USFA and CFF membership ids — with full bout and event history.

Your season

The events and tournaments you're registered for, as structured data instead of screenshots and spreadsheets.

Tournament data

Public tournament search, detail, and event listings — the same data behind AskFRED's own search.

Getting started

Every AskFRED account includes an API token — find yours under Settings → API. Requests authenticate with a standard Bearer header, and the docs cover the rest.
