The goal of the camp is a fluent and professional start of a new fencing season. An emphasis on how to prepare yourself physically and mentally to start and continue the fencing season to train and compete, and how you can look at the year to plan your training, rest, competition, etc.
Training runs from 9:00am-3:00pm August 1st- August 6th with Future Champions Camp Staff, including:
Kosmas Karakolis- Greek National Fencer, Epee Coach, and FCC manager
Andrea Santarelli- Italian National Team and Olympian, 2016 Rio Olympics Silver Medalist, 2022 European Champion, 2022 World Championship Silver Medalist
Vittoria Siletti- Italian National Team, Junior Epee Staff
Training includes:
Guided blade work
Guided situational fencing
Mental training session
Footwork and conditioning
FCC welcome kit
1 private lesson (15â) included in the price
Possibility of extra lessons (rates: $150/50min , $80/25min)
Fencing bouts with FCC champions
Lunch and snacks
