E & Under Senior Men’s and Women’s Epee at Salle Auriol Seattle. This is a USFA sanctioned tournament. Fee: $30. Preregister by Thursday, 6/12.

SCHEDULE:

All times are close of registration. Fencing will begin shortly after close of registration. Fencers must arrive before check-in closes in order to participate. It is recommended that fencers arrive prior to the close of registration to have time to warm up. 

  1. 7:30 pm – E & Under Senior Men’s Epee
  2. 7:30 pm – E & Under Senior Women’s Epee

Event format is one round of pools, 100% promotion to direct elimination. Medals for the top 4.


ELIGIBILITY and ENTRY:

  1. E & Under: Born 2011 or earlier rated E or are without a rating.

Each event is limited to 21 fencers. If you have preregistered and are unable to attend, please cancel your registration so that another fencer can take your spot.


Full regulation uniform required, including underarm protector, knickers, and long socks. All fencers must have a minimum of 2 bodycords, 2 maskcords, and 2 weapons at the strip with them.


USA Fencing Rule apply. This is a USA Fencing sanctioned event and ratings will be awarded according to the classification chart. Current USA Fencing membership is required. A Competitive or Access level membership is sufficient. Please join or renew your membership online before the day of the tournament at https://www.usafencing.org/membership. Canadian fencers with valid CFF membership are allowed as long as they have a foreign fencer profile created on the USA Fencing website.


FEES:

$30. All payments will be made in person on the day of the tournament. Cash is preferred, CC is accepted. SAS members can charge their account.

Walk N Roll:

This event will allow non-para fencers and para fencers to fence in a combined tournament. When two non-para fencers meet in the tournament, they will fence on the standard 14 meter fencing strip. When a non-para fencer meets a parafencer or two parafencers meet, they will fence on a parafencing strip.
