AFM Strength and Conditioning Camp for Y10 and Y12 fencers

AFM Strength and Conditioning Camp is designed for Y10 and Y12 fencers, with age appropriate program. This camp is a perfect first step to prepare for the upcoming season with proper physical prep.
Welcome to the AFM Strength and Conditioning Camp
This camp is the first and important step to prepare yourself for the new season with a significant boost in your strength and conditioning.
This camp is a MUST for all epee fencers who want to take their fencing to the next level in technical, tactical and mental aspects of the game, as the most important ingredient in fencer's success is her/his physical condition. This camp will prepare them for that.
This camp is open to all participants of all technical levels but the program is designed for athletes of up to 12 years old.
Camp Schedule:
9am - Gathering in Campbell Park (Address: E Campbell Ave &, Gilman Ave, Campbell, CA 95008)
9am-11am - Strength and Conditioning training in the Park
11am-11:15am - Go back to the AFM Campbell
11:15-12pm - Sport games
12pm-1:30pm - Lunch (fencers must bring their own)
1:30pm-3pm - Different activities (tactical discussions, games, video analysis, etc)
Fees:
-- $495 - If registered on or before June 30,2026
-- $545 - if registered on or after July 1, 2026
-- $125 - daily fee if cannot make the whole camp and arranged ahead of time, or $150 daily as walk-in(payable by cash/check on the first attendance day)
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
-- Refund requested no later than July 15, 2026 will be eligible for $450 refund
-- Refunds requested on or after July 16, 2026 will not be granted regardless of the reason (including medical or emergencies)
-- No refunds/credits for unattendent days, no matter the reason
-- All refund requests must be made in writing (email)
-- A refund check will be sent to the specified in the email address within one week after completion of the camp.

Important: all participants must be current members of the USA Fencing to attend the camp. Fencers without valid current USFA membership will not be admitted and the camp fees will not be refunded or credited.
