- How to use the individual lesson in different moments of the preparation cycle.
- What to teach in different stages of development?
- How to build your fencing lesson?: beginning, development, closing.
- Practical exercises for warming up during the lesson.
- Lesson progression.
- Cues for individual lessons: Hand, arm, body position of the Maestro.
- Communicating with your student with respect: corrections, position adjustments.
Practical exercises and examples:
- Attack and defense
- Direct and indirect actions explained in the lesson.
- More complex actions in the lesson.
- Reviewing cues and response from the student.
- Lesson closing.
- Practice practice, practice!
