Armorer clinic with Chris Green

The Kansas Division is holding a two-day armorer clinic for fencers, their parents, and club armorers to learn or improve their knowledge of fencing equipment.  All three weapons will be covered.


We encourage attendees to bring any and all fencing equipment that needs repair.

Schedule:

  1. Saturday 9AM to 12PM and 1PM to 4PM
  2. Sunday 10AM to 1PM


Please pre-register so we can make sure to have enough handouts for all attendees.


Saturday sessions will cover:

  1. Equipment overview
  2. Equipment repair, maintenance and storage
  3. Trouble shooting on strip
  4. Tools and testing


Sunday Session will cover:

  1. Scoring equipment overview
  2. Trouble shooting scoring equipment, reels and floor cords
  3. Learning about specific reel repairs by manufacturer
