A great opportunity for those who are beginning to compete regionally to gain more competition experience. All participants will receive a donut!



Event fees:

  1. Varies by event type and membership/attendance.
  2. Fees go to medals, to compensating junior referees for their time and efforts, and the purchase of donuts!
  3. Fee will be charged at the door

Individual Event fees: $20

  1. 50% discount for Unlimited members OR
  2. Members counting the tournament towards their weekly classes
  3. Collected at the door

Team Event fees: $5

  1. Collected at the door
  2. Free for those that referee in the youth events
  3. To register, select the 1pm events titled "mixed epee" or "mixed foil"



Schedule:


  1. 10am: Pick one event - Y8/U9 Foil, Y10/U11 Foil, Y12/U13 Foil, or Y12/U13 Epee
  2. 11am: Sport Calgary will do some filming to create a promo video for Epic Fencing!!
  3. 12pm: End of Season BBQ & Potluck
  4. 1pm: Team event FOR ALL EPIC FENCERS. Event format will be decided on the day of the event. We encourage all members with 3months experience to fence!
  5. Perfect Potluck sign up
  6. 1:30pm: Epic Fencing AGM
