****MONTANO-BAUER - ELITE SUMMER FENCING SABER CAMP - ITALY 2026****


Camp lead by Aldo Montano and Legendary Christian Bauer - Both Legends in International Sabre Fencing. Aldo Montano is a 5-time Olympic medalist and won the gold medal in the Sabre individual in Athens 2004. Christian Bauer is the former National Sabre Coach for Italy, China, and Russia with 181 medals, including 12 Olympic medals, 53 world championships. They have formed the Montano Bauer Academy in Padua, Italy where they train some of the world's best cadet, junior and senior Sabre fencers. Several fencers from the Montano Bauer Academy will be at the camp. 



TUITION & PAYMENT


Total Camp Tuition: €1500 Including, the Training Session with Montano - Bauer Academy Camp, the Hotel with Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Transportation from/To Hotel and Airport.


  1. Pre-registration fee: €750 ($900 USD) here on ASKFRED to secure your spot


  1. Remaining balance: (€750 Euros) Must be paid IN CASH at the hotel along with the WAIVER signed!

REGISTRATION DEADLINE



  1. Regular registration deadline: *****May 22nd*****


  1. Any registration after May 22nd will be subject to a **50%** late fee increase, unless the Camp is already sold out!


  1. Only 120 Post will be available. Hurry Up and register soon.



ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS



  1. Valid USA Fencing Membership or FIE License required


  1. Athletes must be Regional or National competitors


  1. Minimum age: 10 years and older



CAMP SCHEDULE



  1. Daily training: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS


  1. FULL fencing uniform required


  1. Electric Sabre kit required


Shorts are NOT permitted for drills or fencing
