RISING STARS BEGINNER YOUTH TOURNAMENT ONLY 14 ENTRIES PER EVENT You are not entered until you have paid your fees. This is a series of youth tournaments to train PARENTS on how to help their fencer at tournaments, and to let children compete in a low-key, fun environment.
