Virginia Div 2026 DIV II/III (VET) and Y14 SN Qualifiers

For Saturday, the schedule is:
10:00AM - Div2/3 Men's Epee
1:30PM - Div2/3 Women's Epee
NO EARLIER THAN 3:00PM, Y14 Women's Epee
There are two fencers in BOTH the Div2/3 and Y14 Women's Epee, so we will not start the Y14 event until Div2/3 is over (OR both fencers have been eliminated from the Div2/3 event, but still no earlier than 3pm.)
Doors on Saturday will open at 9:15AM, and the 10AM event will begin right at 10AM.
Traffic can be challenging, please take into account weekend travelers/traffic into account when determining when to leave for the venue. We will not be able to hold events for late fencers. The club phone number is: (804) 622-3655.

This is the 2026 Virginia Division qualifier event to the USA Fencing Y14, Div II & III National Championships during Summer Nationals (6/27 - 7/6) in Portland, OR. You must complete your registration AND pre-pay all entry fees by Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at midnight. Sorry, no exceptions will be made on or after April 15th, 2026.
All events are CURRENTLY scheduled for 7AM on April 18th, and will be modified once registration is closed!
Once registration closes on April 15th at midnight, we will determine which events will be held and make changes to the start times based on total number of registrations and strips required.
- Events with three or fewer PAID registrations after the close of registration WILL NOT BE HELD. All fencers with PAID registrations for those events will automatically qualify.
- ONCE THE REGULAR REGISTRATION PERIOD HAS PASSED, WE CANNOT PROCESS ANY REFUND REQUESTS.
- Some of your fencers may already be qualified for SN and will not need to compete in this event. Please read this article from USA Fencing to figure this out!
Virginia Division Members Only!!! A member can declare a Division affiliation based on his or her residence, the location of the school that the member is attending, or the location of the club that the member will represent in USA Fencing competitions. Each year a member must declare the Division affiliation for that membership year. That Division is then the one from which the fencer must qualify for the USA Fencing National Championships and the Junior Olympic Fencing Championships.

Important note: Fencers must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the United States. Any fencer who is a citizen or permanent resident, who has also represented another country in the last three years, in any FIE (Senior or Junior) and/or Union International de Pentathlon Monderne (UIPM) event, and who has not yet been granted permission to represent the USA by USA Fencing and the FIE is not eligible for any USA Fencing National Championship competition, individual or team, including division qualifying competitions. A foreign fencer who is in the United States on a visa is NOT eligible to fence in any National Championships, individual or team, or associated division qualifying competitions. If an athlete has a Green Card, a copy of this card should be brought to the event as part of check in.
Finally, registration for this tournament automatically grants consent to the above statements from the Virginia Division of USA Fencing, LLC, without recourse or question.
