D and Under Men's and Women's Sabre: Birth Year 2003 or earlier, rating: no letter rating (U), E, or D Tournament fees must be PAID for entry to be complete (your entry is “incomplete” until payment (or payment arrangement) is made). Payment is made via AskFRED or at DFA. REGULAR REGISTRATION $35/event $25/event for DFA members WALK-IN REGISTRATION $50/event REFUND POLICY For refund of event fees, withdrawals must be received no later than April 15, 2017. AskFRED fees are nonrefundable. Refunds are processed 4-6 weeks following the tournament. To submit refund request: Notify amy@durkanfencing.com, and include mailing address. ================SCHEDULE OF EVENTS CLOSE OF CHECK-IN TIMES (subject to change): Fencers not checked in at posted close of check-in time will not be permitted to fence and no refund of fees given. Fencers must check-in each day they compete. We strongly encourage you arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before close of your event registration. Note that all memberships expire on July 31st, so if you have not renewed since July 31st you are not a current member. Must present membership card (or proof of membership payment) at check-in.
