This is an Epic in-house tournament designed to provide additional competition experience for our fencers in a casual setting

A great opportunity for those who are beginning to compete regionally to gain more competition experience. All participants will receive a donut!



Event fees:

  1. Varies by event type and membership/attendance.
  2. Fees go to medals, to compensating junior referees for their time and efforts, and the purchase of donuts!
  3. Fee will be charged at the door

Individual Event fees: $20

  1. 50% discount for Unlimited members OR
  2. Members counting the tournament towards their weekly classes
  3. Collected at the door

Team Event fees: $5

  1. Collected at the door
  2. Free for those that referee in the youth events
  3. To register, select the 1:30pm events titled "mixed epee" or "mixed foil"



Schedule:


  1. 10am: Pick one event - Y8/U9 Foil, Y10/U11 Foil, Y12/U13 Foil, or Y12/U13 Epee
  2. Intro fencers will be put in separate groups
  3. 12pm: Holiday Potluck
  4. 1pm: White Elephant Gift Exchange. What is a White Elephant Gift Exchange? - All fencers should participate! Gift price: $15-30
  5. 1:30pm: Team event FOR ALL EPIC FENCERS. Event format will be decided on the day of the event. We encourage all members with 3months experience to fence!
  6. 1:45pm: Parents and coaches meeting regarding competition planning. Package and Unlimited members should attend. All parents welcome. A virtual meeting link will be provided for those that cannot make it in person.
