First of five collective points tournaments focusing on the priority weapons of Foil and Saber for youth. Entry fees are $20 for first event, $15 subsequent events. Mixed gender, prizes awarded for top three. Events Scheduled: Y10 Mixed Saber Y12 Mixed Saber Y14 Mixed Saber Cadet (U17) Mixed Saber USFA membership required Mid-South Fencers' Club Priority on Youth Tournament Series This five tournament series focusing on youth events in the priority weapons of Foil & Saber will feature a points list culminating in a prize table at the final event. Athletes must fence at least one event in 4 out of the 5 tournament dates in order to be eligible for the prize table. The points list will be posted on www.midsouthfencersclub.org and will be updated following each tournament. Priority on Youth Tournament Dates: Priority on Youth I - October 20 Saber Priority on Youth II - December 15 & 16 Foil & Saber Priority on Youth III - January 12-13 Foil & Saber Priority on Youth IV - April 6-7 Foil & Saber Priority on Youth V - May 18-19 Foil & Saber Finale' featuring pizza party and prize selection. The Priority on Youth Series is designed to offer challenging and positive competitive learning opportunities for young fencers. Mid-South Fencers' Club is devoted towards providing organized events, skilled referees, and a positive environment which fosters growth and competitive spirit. Please come and support youth fencing!
