Join us for a fun, friendly tournament at Salt City Swords Fencing Club! Whether you're competing for the first time or have years of experience, we have events for all skill levels.

Entry Fee: $12 tournament registration plus $10 per event. Registering and paying through AskFRED is preferred.
The club opens at 8:30 AM. Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your event to check in, warm up, and get your equipment ready.
Y12 Mixed Saber (Ages 7–12) – Check-in @ 9:30 AM
Y12 Mixed Foil (Ages 7–12) – Check-in @ 9:30 AM
E & Under Senior Mixed Foil – Check-in @ 11:00 AM
Senior Mixed Foil – Check-in @ 1:00 PM
E & Under Senior Mixed Saber– Check-in @ 3:00 PM
Senior Mixed Saber– Check-in @ 4:30 PM
Age Categories: Events are based on birth year. Y12 is for fencers born in 2014 or later, and Senior is for fencers born in 2013 or earlier. All Y12 events are unrated. Learn more: https://www.usafencing.org/age-classification-eligibility
Membership: A USA Fencing Access Membership (or higher) is required to compete. Join or renew at: https://member.usafencing.org
Uniform Requirements (Rental Equipment Available)
- All Weapons: White jacket, underarm protector, chest protector (for those assigned female at birth), knickers (fencing pants), body cord, knee-high socks and weapon.
- Foil: Lamé (silver vest), mask cord, and partial electric mask.
- Saber: Lamé (silver jacket), mask cord, electric (silver) mask, and electric/metal glove.
We'll also share more information about this year's national qualification and points system. With Summer Nationals 2027 coming to Salt Lake City, now is a great time to start preparing!
Spectators are welcome, so bring your family and friends to cheer everyone on. We also appreciate your support for our developing referees as they gain experience.
