This Houston Four Seasons Cup is the first of four Houston Cup tournaments that run during the 2023-2024 fencing season.

If certain Women's or Men's events have less than 8 fencers in attendance we will combine the events on the day of the tournament.
EVENT SCHEDULE (close of registration):
8:00 AM: Youth-10 Men's and Women's Epee
9:00 AM: Youth-14 Men's and Women's Epee
10:00 AM: Youth-8 Mixed Epee
11:30 AM: Youth-12 Men's and Women's Epee
12:00 PM: Veterans Men's and Women's Epee
2:00 PM: Senior Men's and Women's Epee
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to close of registration to dress, check in and warm up
Doors open at 7:00 AM.
WAIVER REQUIRED (only for Youth 14 and non Alliance members): Please pre-print and bring waiver to event. Link above (also available at the door).
Parent signatures required on all forms for fencers under the age of 18.
TOURNAMENT FEE:
$25.00 per event for Youth 8-12, VET
$40.00 per event Youth 14, Senior
$5 Late fee will be charge if no pre-registration on AskFred. Pre-registration closes midnight before the event.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
One round of pools. 100% promotion to the Direct Elimination (DE) round. DE for Youth-8 and Youth-10 events: 10-touch bouts, Youth-12 and Youth-14 event: 15-touch bouts.
Full fencing uniform is required: mask, glove, knickers, socks that cover to the bottom of knickers, underarm protector, chest protector for girls/boys, cup recommended for boys.
A MINIMUM of 2 working weapons and 2 working body cords required for each fencer.
Additional fencing gear will be available for purchase at the club.
