Registration, Event Fees

Regular Fees:

  1. Registration Fee: $35
  2. Event Fee: $40 (if paid by Monday, November 25, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT)

Late Fees:

  1. Registration Fee: $70
  2. Event Fee: $80 (applicable from Tuesday, November 12, until registration closes on November 28)

Note: If you are registered for the RYC events, you are eligible for a refund of the JNR&CDT registration fees ($35 if paid during the regular fee period or $70 if paid during the late fee period).

Walk-ons are allowed with late fees.

Check-In

You will need to present proof of USA Fencing Access or Competitive membership if you are fencing JNR or CDT only.

You will need competitive membership for all RYC events


Refund Policy


  1. Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
  2. Refund requests must be received by Friday November 15, 2024, 11:59 PM PT
  3. Refund of events fees can be requested by sending email to info@aaeventmanagement.com
  4. Starting November 16, 2024 NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason
  5. Refunds are processed a few days after the refund request is received
  6. NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdrawal on event days


Medals awarded to top 8.

100% advances to DE after pool results.
