Central Florida Division Championship

Welcome to the Championship Tournament for the Central Florida Division! Only fencers registered with Central Florida Division will be allowed to participate! The Annual Division Meeting will be held at noon, or as close to noon as possible, depending on event finals. This meeting will determine next year's officers and other business. If you have business that you would like added to the agenda, please contact the chair at jennys@wgfencingacademy.com. Open nominations/Self nominations for officers will close on APRIL 4TH. Please email the division secretary or chair prior to April 4th, if you would like to run for office. Preregistration opens on 03/26/2019. Preregistration closes on 05/13/2019. PLEASE BE AWARE - WE WILL BE ON A TIGHT SCHEDULE! WE WILL NOT HOLD BOUTS FOR FENCERS IN MULTIPLE EVENTS. PLEASE CHOSE YOUR EVENTS CAREFULLY. Fencer's not able to arrive on strip in a timely manner will be disqualified. Fencers, please look at the time schedule when making decisions about which events you will fence. No fencer will be allowed to fence in more than 2 events. Fencers should chose their best two events and only register for those. Anyone registering for more than two events will be asked to adjust their registration. Any event with less than 4 competitors WILL NOT BE FENCED! Event fee refunds will be issued to any fencer effected by the cancellation of an event due to lack of participation. Any event with only one club represented will not be fenced. That is a club championship, not a division championship. Please check back on ASKFRED.NET for the schedule AFTER THE CLOSE OF PRE-REGISTRATION on May 13th, 2019. Please check your USFencing Division Registration. You will not be allowed to fence in this event if your US Fencing membership states that you are registered with a different division - even if it is an error. Please check and have the error corrected before the close of pre-registration. Remember, your division affiliation on askFred is not the same as your official US Fencing Division Affiliation.
