Event Registration & Payment Policy

To help us plan effectively and ensure a well-run event with the appropriate number of referees, we ask that all participants complete payment as early as possible via ASKFRED (Stripe). Alternate payment methods are available—please contact the club directly if needed.

If a registration remains unpaid within 14 days of the event, it is subject to deletion if there is a waitlist, in order to make room for confirmed fencers.

Please do not register just to hold a spot—only register if you plan to compete and can commit to timely payment.

Event entry is capped to maintain quality and efficiency:

1. 9:00 AM – Y8 (Max: 12 fencers)
2. 9:00 AM – Y10 (Max: 28 fencers)
3. 1:00 PM – Y12 (Max: 35 fencers)
4. 5:00 PM – Senior Unrated Foil (Max: 36 fencers)

Refund Policy

1. 100% refund available up to 7 days before the event
2. No refunds within 7 days of the event

Parking is available right behind the academy in the parking lot on 3rd street. Sunday parking is free. There are plenty of parking on the streets and local parking lots.
