Camp Venue: 2nd Floor, Zhongticheng National Sport Center, Jiangbei District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China
Recommended Hotel: Ji Hotel Ningbo Jiangbei Zhongticheng（565 Beihuan West Road, Ningbo city）
Parking Information: Public parking areas
Transportation: Hotel transfer from Ningbo International Airport, Round-trip $110 USD (please email the organizer before July 15th, 2026)
Refund Policy: Refunds requested before 06/30/2026 will incur a $ 200 USD administration fee; refunds requested after 06/30/2026 will not be accepted.
Registration: The Camp is open to all fencers with a valid license for the 2025- 2026 Season.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Valid USA Fencing Membership or FIE Licenserequired
- Athletes must be Regional or National competitors
- Minimum age: 10 years and older

- Daily training: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
- FULL fencing uniform required
- Electric Sabre kit required
Shorts are NOT permitted for drills or fencing

Registration Fees: individual: $1150 USD
Special discounts: The top 3 ranked participants in each age group from each country receive a 20% discount; if siblings register together, the second person receives a 10% discount.
Visa: Canada and the UK offer visa-free entry for 30 days (tourist visa). For other countries, please apply for a visa 30 days in advance through China Embassy. You can obtain the invitation letter from the organizer or request that the organizer handle the Chinese visa application (a service fee applies).
