15th Annual Rain City Open

FRED Announces the 15th Annual Rain City Open RCFC presents our 15th Anniversary Tournament. There will be open events in foil and epee, plus Veterans Epee. Medals and T-shirts to be won! Note, although the regular fee deadline is past, we are still allowing registrations for the women's events at the regular rate. Ladies, come and fence! ------------------ Important Info: ------------------- Tournament: 15th Annual Rain City Open Date(s): 05/15/2015 - 05/17/2015 Location: Rain City Fencing Center Friday, May 15th: 5:00 PM -- Doors open 6:00 PM -- Vet Combined Men's Epee 6:00 PM -- Vet Combined Women's Epee Saturday, May 16th: 9:30 AM -- Doors open 10:00 AM -- Senior Women's Epee 12:30 PM -- Senior Mixed Foil Sunday, May 17th: 9:30 AM -- Doors open 10:00 AM -- Senior Women's Foil 12:30 PM -- Senior Mixed Epee All times listed are close of registration. Entry fee is $20 per event, plus 9.5% Washington State sales tax. Please pre-register and pre-pay on FRED (see links below) by Monday, May 11th to avoid double registration fee. Full regulation uniform is required, including underarm protector, knickers, and knee-length socks. RCFC has Blue Gauntlet fencing gear available for purchase. Current (2014-2015) USA Fencing competitive membership or equivalent is required for all competitors. You may join or renew your membership at the tournament. Age eligibility: Senior events are for fencers born in 2001 or earlier. The Veterans event is for fencers born in 1974 or earlier.
