NEUSFA Epee and Foil Open @ Vivo
In order to use AskFRED to register for events, all users must have a registered and successfully confirmed user account.

$40 entry fee, no late entries, no walkins, no waitlist
ELIGIBIILTY
Must be born 2012 or earlier
Must be EITHER Access or Competitive USFencing member.
FEE/REGISTRATION
Preregistration fee: $40 - prepayment is required.
Mixed Epee is limited to 56 fencers
Ladies Foil is limited to 28 fencers - if there is a low number of ladies, the foil event will become mixed.
Men's Foil is limited to 28 fencers
Registration without payment is not considered fully registered and will not be uploaded into the event.
NO WAITLIST. NO WALK-INS, NO ENTRY AFTER DEADLINE.
Medals awarded to top 3(4)
There will be no waitlist. If max capacity is reached you will have to monitor the site for withdrawals.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds after January 3, 2026.
Please do not self-withdraw. No refunds will be issued for self-withdrawal. Refunds must be requested before the stated deadline (Jan 3) and must be done by the organizer (ann@vivofencingclub.com).
There are no refunds after the stated refund deadline for COVID or any other inability to attend this event.
OTHER INFORMATION
There is ample parking in the front of the building.
The division is not responsible for any payment issues on askfred or your inability to register on time.
If event is cancelled you will be emailed so ensure your information has your correct email.
Events Scheduled:
You must be onsite and checked in by prior to close of registration time. Latecomers will not be accommodated.
Mixed Epee 9:00 am (limit 56)
Men's Foil 2:00 pm (limit 28)
Women's Foil 2:00 pm (limit 28)
Preregistration opens on 9/1/2025.
Preregistration closes on 1/3/2026.
