2. Registration Details Competition Rules

Registration Period: Pre-registration is done online through the form available on the website www.challenge-aramis.com.

Team registration for French participants is done via the FFE platform: hTp://extranet.escrime-ffe.fr.

Registration closes on Wednesday, May 14, at 11:59 PM.

Registration Fees: Payment is made online (simultaneously with pre-registration) via a link to HelloAsso available on the competition website.

Cost per team: €75, with a €15 discount for registrations completed before March 16, 2025.


3. Competition Rules

Rules: Equipment and sports regulations follow the current federal guidelines.

Team Composition: 3 fencers (+1 optional substitute).

Match Format: Italian relay to 36 points.

Ranking matches will be played for all positions.

→ A club cannot register a second boys' team unless a girls' team is also registered (and vice versa).

Team composition is open (club, interclub, selection, structure, etc.).

Number of Teams Accepted:

A maximum of 24 boys' teams and 16 girls' teams will be allowed.

In case of high demand, a waiting list will be created, with priority given in this order:

o Regional selections,

o Foreign teams and selections,

o Clubs represented in both boys' and girls' categories,

o Order of registration (form submission + payment date).


Refereeing: One referee is required for the registration of one or two teams. If providing a referee is not possible,

the organizer must be informed as soon as possible and will arrange one for a fee of €120.

Infrastructure: 20 strips are planned, with medical assistance on-site.


4. Provisional Schedule

Saturday:

o Team check-in: 12:30 PM - Team matches start at 1:30 PM

o Porthos Tournament (individual): Starts at 5 PM - Finals at 6 PM, followed by a participant cocktail reception.

Sunday:

o Direct elimination starts: Schedule to be announced later, depending on the number of participants.

o Awards ceremony: 5 PM.


5. Prizes and Awards

o Souvenir T-shirt for each participant.

o Trophies and medals for the top three teams.

o Special prize for the winners of the Porthos Tournament: Finalist souvenir

Complete personalized FIE uniform sponsored by Escrime Diffusion.


6. Special Conditions

Logistics: A list of nearby hotels will be available on the website.

A refreshment stand will provide food and drinks throughout the two days.

Partnerships and Sponsors: Presence of sponsor (e.g., Escrime Diffusion for equipment).

Promotion: Website, photographic coverage, and social media posts.
