MI Division Foil & Saber 2026 Championships

MI Division Foil & Saber Championships at Renaissance Fencing Club (RFC) May 30-31. Regular fee registration foil/saber only is Tuesday May 26. Double fees apply after and for walk ins.

MI Division Epee Championshiops at West Michigan Fencing Academy, dates and times to follow, also will have its own ASKFRED registration page.

This event is limited to Michigan Division fencers only and will be fenced gender specific unless there are less than 5 registered for a senior event these may be combined - youth events will probably remain gender specific, depending of the number of entries. Y8 is UnSanctioned; Y10/12/14/Senior are all sanctioned events, thus Y10/12/14/Senior all require USA Fencing Membership.

Registration times/day are subject to change, depending on registration numbers.

Age requirement for Senior Open: born in 2012 or earlier. Must have current USA Fencing Membership.

Age requirement for Youth events,

Ages:

Y14: Born 2011-2014

Y12: Born 2013-2016

Y10: Born 2015-2018

Y8: Born 2017-2019 (USA Fencing Membership is required for all including Y8)

Fees: $45 per event. After Tuesday, May 26th - registration is double $90.

PAYMENT may be made in advance, through the Ask Fred platform. Please note that you are also able to refund yourself through this platform as well.

Refund deadline is May 26th.

Cash or check only at the door, check made payable to USA Fencing MI Division.

Equipment Check:

Mask and glove equipment check will be in effect for this event. Leon Paul mask strap requirement: Fencers who wear the Leon Paul X-Change Contour Fit Fencing Mask will be required to use the Leon Paul Contour-Fit Plus mask strap.

Gloves with holes, rips, tape or loose seams will not be approved. Saber FIE glove required.
