We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before your close of check-in. Proof of current USA Fencing membership is required. If a fencer is not a member yet, or their membership has expired, the fencer has to complete and pay for a USA Fencing membership at the door. To become a member of USA Fencing follow this link: https://member.usafencing.org/signup All fencers must have a USA Fencing membership card or a clearly legible copy to use the Auto Check-In feature. Fencers are to present proof of age: Original or copies of birth certificate, passport or driver's license, unless the USA Fencing membership card has "Birth year is Verified " noted on the card. Fencers will be required to check in each day they compete and for every event they are competing in. Fencing should start within 10 minutes after the close of check-in **Schedule is subject to change Saturday September 16, 2023 5:30 PM Veteran's Mixed Foil 5:30 PM Veteran's Mixed Sabre Sunday September 17, 2023 5:30 PM Veteran's Mixed Epee Age Limit ======== Veteran = born 1983 or earlier REGISTRATION and EVENT FEES =========================== **Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable** Regular Fees will remain until Saturday September 2, 2023 11:59 PM PST Registration fee is $49 and Event fee is $55 per event Late fees (Triple) from September 3, 2023 until September 14, 2023 11:59 PM PST Registration is $147 and Event fee is $165 per event Starting September 15, 2023, No Online registration is permitted Walk-In is permitted provided there are available spots and approved by the Bout Committee Walk-in fees will be the same as late fees REFUND ======= ***Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE*** Refund requests must be received by Friday September 1, 2023 11:59 PM PST Refund of events fees can be requested by sending email to rashaa70@gmail.com Starting September 2, 2023, there will be no refunds or exceptions for any reason Refunds will be processed a few days after the refund request is received and will be processed by the USA Fencing National Office. Refunds will not be issued to fencers who No Show or Withdraw from events. EQUIPMENT CHECK ================= Equipment check is open each day at 7:00 am to the end of day. We ask you to stay in the line only if your event time is within the next 90 minutes, or if there is no one in the line.
