ELITE Challenge 2026

This event is sanctioned by the USFA's VA Division. Commence the new season with focus and determination. Compete with passion and purpose. Earn your points. 

Please be advised that events will be held provided that a minimum of six (6) fencers are registered per event at the close of registration. In the event that fewer than five (5) fencers are registered by 11:59 PM on the day preceding the event, the event will be canceled.

Please be advised that all fencers are required to complete check-in prior to the close of the check-in period in order to be eligible to participate in the event. Fencers who fail to check in before the designated deadline will not be permitted to compete.

Please be advised that a valid and current 2025–2026 USA Fencing membership is required for participation in this event. Only Competitive or Access membership types will be accepted. Fencers who do not hold an eligible membership will not be permitted to compete.

All fencers are required to arrive in proper fencing attire and must bring a minimum of two (2) working Epees, two (2) working body cords, a glove, and a chest protector. Fencers who do not meet the equipment requirements will not be permitted to compete.

A valid USA Fencing (USFA) membership is required for participation in this event. All fencers must present their USFA membership card or provide verifiable proof of payment at the time of check-in. Please note that membership applications will not be processed on-site at the time of the event. Fencers who have not yet obtained a membership are strongly encouraged to apply in advance.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE:

By registering for and entering this tournament, each participant (and parent or legal guardian, if the participant is a minor) acknowledges, agrees, and consents to the following:

1. Compliance with Rules. Participant agrees to abide by all current rules and regulations of USA Fencing (USFA) and any additional rules instituted by Elite Fencing Academy applicable to this event.

2. Assumption of Risk. Participant acknowledges that participation in this tournament involves inherent risks and that they are entering this tournament voluntarily and at their own risk.

3. Release of Liability. Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges USA Fencing (USFA) and its sponsors, Elite Fencing Academy, and all assigned referees from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage sustained in connection with participation in this tournament.

4. Medical Authorization. Participant hereby grants consent to Elite Fencing Academy to authorize and obtain emergency medical care from any licensed physician, hospital, or medical clinic for any injury or illness that may arise during activities associated with this tournament.
