FOIL/SABRE EVENTS CANCELLED This event is named for long time epee fencer Jack Norton. Read this entire document for important information and policies. Any changes will be communicated to registrants by email. ELIGIBIILTY Must be born 2009 or earlier Must be EITHER Access or Competitive USFencing member. Noncompetitive membership is not acceptable. New membership year starts August 1, 2022. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL if you have a classification change and it's not reflected in askfred. Only classifications listed in your USfencing profile are applicable for this event and that information will update when your USFencing membership status is verified. Your askfred profile will update when results from this event are posted back to askfred. If more than 15 women register AND show up for each weapon, they will be separated from the men; if not events stay mixed. Please keep in mind that although there are currently no caps, if health guidelines change and we have to limit capacity, fencers will be removed from the tournament (and refunded event fee) based on their registration date. First in, last out. $35 online registration, NO WALKINS and ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ENTRIES so do not bother to email and ask. Preregistration opens on 08/01/2022. Preregistration closes on 12/18/2022 No refunds for self-withdrawal. Refunds must be requested before the stated deadline (12/18/22) and must be done by the organizer (merritt55@comcast.net). Please note: refunds are NOT credited to your credit card. We must send a check so please, if you request a refund, put your address in the email. Division is not responsible for any problems registering on askfred. We recommend you register early to avoid last minute issues.
