Regular fee is $30 and preregistration closes 5/20 and goes up to $50 after that date.
Check in closes at 6:15 pm and fencing will start shortly thereafter. HOWEVER, we recognize that Friday traffic can be a bear, so IF you are stuck in traffic, running behind at work or have some other reasonable reason to appeal for more time and you know for sure you will be attending, all you need to do is text and let us know and we will check you in.
Once pools are posted, we cannot accept new entries. We will not give refunds to fencers who are late, but we can honor pre-paid fee in a future tournament.
No refunds without proof of medical need to withdraw.
Proof of USFA membership and WORKING full fencing uniform (including long socks) required, so no bum lamés please.

Moe Fencing Club is a private club and reserves the right to review and deny participation in events held at its venue on a case by case basis.
