In order to use AskFRED to register for events, all users must have a registered and successfully confirmed user account.

$40 entry fee. No late entries, no walkins, no waitlist.
If you have issues with registration, please check to make sure you are a current USFencing member before you send me an email (merritt55@comcast.net). You will be blocked if you are not a current member. You must be a competitive or access member to compete in this event. If you still have registration issues, email IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Do not wait until the deadline has passed.
Birth year 2012 or earlier. In any tournament where children can fence with adults, the fencer must be 13 BEFORE January 1 of the competition season
(August - July) i.e., competitor must have turned 13 by Dec 31, 2025.
REGISTRATION WITH PAYMENT INCOMPLETE BEFORE REGISTRATION DEADLINE MEANS YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED.
PLEASE DO NOT:
1) EMAIL if you have had a recent classification change and it's not reflected in askfred. Your askfred profile will update when the event is uploaded to the computer and results from this event are posted back to askfred. Only classifications noted in the USFencing database are accepted.
2) EMAIL via askfred. PLEASE email merritt55@comcast.net for questions, info. etc. Askfred email is rarely used so more likely I won't respond to your query in time.
If less thank 10 fully register for each weapon, they MAY BE mixed.
Less than 6 fully registered in any event, will be cancelled or mixed. Emails will be sent if cancelled.

Men's Sabre 1:00 pm
Women's Sabre 3:00 pm
If events are mixed, event will start at 1:00 pm
Preregistration opens on 12/1/2025.

NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED. Please do not waste your time and mine by asking to enter after stated registration deadline. There is no waitlist, there are no additions if someone withdraws after the deadline.
No refunds for self-withdrawal. Refunds must be requested before the stated deadline (3/15/26) and must be done by the organizer (merritt55@comcast.net). No refunds for COVID, other illness, injury, family issue or any other reason after the stated deadline.
Please keep in mind that although there are currently no caps, if more than 21 register for each event, pools will be flighted.
Division is not responsible for any problems registering on askfred. We recommend you register early to avoid last minute issues.
Stated deadlines are final and there is no waitlist.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR INABILITY TO REGISTER IN TIME.
