Any event with fewer than 4 registered competitors at the close of pre-registration on April 26th, 2025, WILL NOT BE FENCED. The fencers registered and paid in those events will be considered the only qualifiers. Participants will be notified if there is an issue with registration. Please plan to arrive and check in for your event on time.

AGE ELIGIBILITY

Youth 14 -- 2010-2013

Div 2/3 --- born in 2011 or earlier





FENCE OFF FOR THIRD: If there are more than three fencers, but fewer than 13, third place must be fenced. Where there are 13 or more fencers in the final results, third place does not have to be fenced.


Format:

Original seeding will be based on classification (e.g., B13, C11, etc.). Initial seeding, seeding after pools, and final placements will be posted in the venue.


The event format is one round of qualifying pools and 100% direct eliminations. Initial seeding will be by classification and year, then randomly.

[Disclaimer] If you are ALREADY QUALIFIED, DO NOT FENCE. Fencers who have earned national points are the only athletes who will be skipped over. Athletes who have already qualified via a regional path will not be skipped over at any division qualifier.

If an event has three or fewer entries, this event will not be fenced and the qualifications will be processed (up to three will qualify).

There will be no walk-up registrations allowed. This tournament is only available to members of the Ark-La-Miss Division


All entries will be approved before posting as complete on the "Who's Coming" list.


**Annual Membership Meeting will take place after fencing on Saturday, April 26th, 2025**


IMPORTANT TOPICS WILL BE DISCUSSED AT THE DIVISIONAL MEETING. WE ASK THAT AT LEAST ONE MEMBER FROM EACH USFA MEMBER/AFFILIATE CLUB BE PRESENT AND EXPECT TO PARTICIPATE. New Officers will be elected for all positions.
