Women's Epee - 5:30 PM Saturday, December 29 Men's Foil - 8 AM Women's Foil - 11:30 AM Men's Epee - 1:30 PM Sunday, December 30 Men's Sabre -- 10 AM Women's Sabre 1:30 PM "Cadet" refers to a USFA requirement that all fencers participating in Junior Under 17 events must have birth years between 1991 and 1994 or be on the national Youth 14 point list as the start of this qualifying tournament. Entry Fees: The $35 rate is available through December 26. After that date, the late online registration fee is $70 and is also available at the door. There are no exceptions to this policy. Fencers are considered registered when their names appear on the "Who's Preregistered?" list on the askFred listing for this tournament. Refunds will only be given to fencers who provide at least one week's notice of their withdrawal from the tournament. Refunds are mailed after the tournament is held. Because the tournament includes fencers under the age of 18, all fencers who are under 18 and their parents must also sign the waiver form attached to the confirmation email and bring the waiver to the tournament or sign a waiver at the door. Equipment Check and Attire: A mask and body cord check will be conducted. Lames, sabre masks and sabre cuffs will also be checked. All fencers are expected to wear full fencing attire and bring at least two weapons and body cords that meet USFA requirements. There are no exceptions to the attire and equipment rules.
