In order to use AskFRED to register for events, all users must have a registered and successfully confirmed user account.

Preregistration fee: $35.00. NO WALKINS. Medals awarded to top 3(4). Entries are limited (see more info). Registration WITHOUT completing payment is not considered registered. Prep for the Pomme!
ELIGIBIILTY
Must be born 2010 or earlier
Must be EITHER Access or Competitive USFencing member.
FEE/REGISTRATION
Preregistration fee: $35
This is now a MIXED event - we will consolidate the lists to create this using Fencing Time. The separate lists for men and women in Ask Fred will not change.
Registration without payment is not considered fully registered and will not be uploaded into the event.

There will be no waitlist. If max capacity is reached you will have to monitor the site for withdrawals.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds after May 18, 2024.
Please do not self-withdraw. No refunds will be issued for self-withdrawal. Refunds must be requested before the stated deadline (May 18) and must be done by the organizer (ann@vivofencingclub.com).
There are no refunds after the stated refund deadline for COVID or any other inability to attend this event.
OTHER INFORMATION
There is ample parking in the front of the building.
The division is not responsible for any payment issues on askfred or your inability to register on time.
If event is cancelled you will be emailed so ensure your information has your correct email.

(Yes we have shifted this from separate men's and women's events to a MIXED event due to low registration by women.
