Please note that the Boys' Foil has been changed from Y12DLBF to Y12ABF. That is, it's no longer restricted to D-or-Lower fencers, but to all skill level. (Frankly, there's just one Y12 fencer locally who has a C or higher, so the change doesn't really affect things.) Preregistration opens on 09/05/2008. Preregistration closes on 09/26/2008.
