Got a little problem? Is your thrust not what it used to be? Having trouble with your extension? Poor point-control? Cannot score on a point-in-line because, well, you have no line? No? Well this Sunday is your chance to prove all those rumors wrong! Come to the NYAC for our epee open... Cause if Bob can take care of business at his age, maybe you still have a chance! Official Info The NYAC is hosting an open mixed epee event this Sunday, June 5th. Registration closes at 9:30am. All entries will be taken on-site. This is an official USFA and Metropolitan Division sponsored event, meaning ratings will be awarded where earned. NYAC Tournament Notes and Rules
  • Whoa Boy: Bob Dole jokes aside, please do not take any ED related medications until AFTER you're done using our showers.
  • Do I LOOK Like A Bank?: Bring exact change please...
  • Well-Oiled Machine: We will be using our newly aquired "Fencing Time" software to run the event, in coordination of our brand-spanking-new Canon PIXMA iP1500 printer ($49.99 at CompUSA), which will replace our circa 1979 1 page-per-minute HP.
  • Ask Who?: This tournament is listed on AskFRED (Fencing Results and Events Database) at this location. I recommend all fencers get aquainted with AskFRED at http://www.askfred.net
  • Time Is Money: A late-fee of $5 for anybody begging and pleading after we seed. No exceptions whatsoever (beautiful women 18+ speak to me privately).
  • Infants Only: All monies will be collected immediately upon sign-in... so you'd better ask daddy the night before if you need some cash, cause I won't be chasing you around for it (you can thank our JO silver-medalist Stanley Vaksman who STILL owes $5).
