UF Fencing is proud to host the 49TH Annual Green Gator! We'll be running 6 events and capping each event at 64 fencers - sign up before it fills up!

UF Fencing is proud to host the 49TH Annual Green Gator! We'll still be running six events, but will be capping the events to 64 fencers per event this year, so sign up soon! Note that, due to time constraints, we cannot allow fencers to compete in both Foil and Epee competitions on Saturday. Both Foil and Epee fencers are welcome to compete in Saber on Sunday. You are welcome to compete in both the Open and D&Under of a single weapon. The venue is the Southwest Recreation Center, located on Hull Road near SW 34th Street, across from the museum. Parking is located both adjacent to the building and in the museum parking lots. Medals/trophies will be awarded to the Top 8 in each event. FEES: Registration & First Event: $30 Additional Events: $20 each NEW THIS YEAR: We're excited to announce that we will be accepting credit and debit cards this year! Please be aware that there will be a $2.00 fee for for paying with a credit card to cover the charge from our payment processor. Events Scheduled: D & Under Mixed Epee Mixed Epee D & Under Mixed Foil Mixed Foil D & Under Mixed Saber Mixed Saber Preregistration opens on 12/21/2014. Preregistration closes on 02/06/2015. NOTES: This is an official USFA event, so a current USFA membership number is required. If you do not possess a current valid USFA membership as of the day of your event and wish to fence, we will have sign-up forms at bout committee; please bring cash or check. Additionally, in the foil event conductive bibs are required. The University of Florida Fencing Team traditionally opens their homes to collegiate and other fencers who need a place to stay.
