Preregistration closes on 02/20/2022. Pregistration Prices Please note that we are unable to accept cash at bout committee. If you do not pre-pay online, please bring a check or credit/debit card. Credit card purchases will have a 3% surcharge. First event: $45 Subsequent events: $25 At Door Registration prices First Event: $70 Subsequent events: $45 For prepayment, there is a $20 registration fee for the tournament, and a $25 event fee for each event you preregister for. A's FENCE FREE: If you are an A rated fencer at the time of the tournament, your event fee will be waived for that event. The Venue will be open at 8 AM both days, please come as early as you can to avoid armory bottlenecks Parking is available across the street next to the Georgia Tech Student Center. Cut will be between 30-40%, depending on event size. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MORE INFORMATION Current USA Fencing Competitive, Coaching, or Collegiate Competitive memberships are required to compete. We will have forms available should you need to renew or sign up for your membership. AGE: Fencers must be at least 13 years of age in the year of the tournament. This means your date of birth must be no later than Jan 1, 2009 ARMORY: We will be checking masks, gloves and body cords. All fencers competing in the sabre events must have an 800N FIE approved glove to compete, all fencers using chest protectors must use protectors in compliance to latest SEMI changes. VENDOR: VA Sports Equipment is our official vendor, and will be present both days. A selection of equipment from all 3 weapons will be available. More info can be found here: https://www.vasportsequipment.com/ FOOD AND DRINK: NO food and drinks are allowed in the CRC gym with the exception of water. This is the policy of the facility and it will be strictly enforced. Members of your club will receive a $5 discount per event for each 2 strips that you bring. Please contact us to confirm ahead of time. Strips must have current timing (2016 saber timing)
