Join us for a top level tournament and Dagmara Wozniak special meeting during Winter Break! Olympic and World Championship fencers will be competing!
Tournament and Dagmara Wozniak Meeting/Q&A fees are covered for those attending the Alpha Fencing Academy Winter Camp.
For those not attending the camp who wish to participate in the events:
Tournament and Dagmara Wozniak Meeting/Q&A total fee - $70
Tournament Only - $45
Dagmara Wozniak Meeting/Q&A Only - $45
*College students get $5 off
Payments will be made at the door or if paid ahead of time, please contact the organizer. Cash, zelle, check, and credit card will be accepted.
Events:
Open Mixed Saber (Unsanctioned) - Close of registration at 9:00am (capped at 49 fencers)
This event will consist of Olympic and World Championship athletes from Egypt as well as nationally ranked fencers!
Y12 Mixed Saber (Unsanctoned) - Close of registration at 12:00pm (capped at 49 fencers)
Dagmara Wozniak Meet/Q&A - Starts at 4:00pm
Alpha Fencing Academy is thrilled to welcome Dagmara "Daga" Wozniak - 3x Olympian, Rio 2016 Olympic Bronze Medalist, Harvard Women's Saber Coach, and USA National Team Coach.
Daga will give a special talk sharing her Olympic journey, mindset, and lessons competing at the highest level. Attendees will be able to have a Q&A with her during the meeting. Don't miss out on this rare experience!
Format for tournament will be standard pools followed by 100% promotion to DEs
We will be having nationally rated referees at this event!
While this event is unsanctioned, all USFA and FIE rules will apply (800N FIE gloves will be required, etc.)
