Venue Marty Robbins Recreation Center, 11620 Vista Del Sol Dr. El Paso, TX 79936 (915) 855-4147 USFA Rules: USFA rules apply. Youth 10 fencers must use No. 2 or 0 blades. Youth 10 and Youth 12 fencers must have fenced in at least one RYC to be eligible to enter the NAC Youth Tournament in April (entry deadline March 23) and Summer National Championships in July 2006 (entry deadline May 18). USFA Membership: All fencers must be members of the USFA. You will be asked to show your membership card or other proof of membership. USFA membership forms will be available at the tournament. Parent or guardian signature is required. All parents of participants must sign a waiver. Tournament Organization: Initial seeding will be based on National Rolling Point Standing, classification and year. Mask, body cords, and lame will be subject to equipment control. Schedule and Registration: Registration will open at 7:00 am each day. Registration times indicate the close of registration. Check-in is required for each event and on each day.
