The New Jersey Division Youth 14 Summer National Qualifiers - for members of the NJ Division only!!! Your USA Fencing Membership card must indicate New Jersey Division. Fencers qualify by finishing in top 25%. The Clinton Fencing Club is located on Cokesbury Road in Lebanon Borough. It is in the large warehouse building set back from Cokesbury Road almost directly across the street from the Marriot Hotel. Close of Check-In on March 29. Y14 Women's Epee - 08:45 AM Y14 Women's Foil - 11:15 AM Y14 Women's Saber - 2:15 PM Y14 Men's Epee - 08:30 AM Y14 Men's Foil - 11:00 AM Y14 Men's Saber - 2:00 PM The Y14 events are for birthyears 1999-2002, unless the fencer is on the National Youth 12 Point List as of the entry deadline for this tournament. Fencers must be US citizen or permanent US residents to participate in this tournament and the Summer National Championships. Entry Fees: The ontime registration fee is $40. Late registration will start on March 23 at a $80 late registration fee. Online entry at the $80 rate will be available through March 27. After this date, fencers can register at the door at a $100 rate. There are no exceptions to this policy. Fencers are considered registered when their names appear on the "Who's Preregistered?" list on the askFred listing for this tournament. You are not registered if your name appears as "incomplete" in this listing. USFA and Waiver Information: You must have a valid USFA membership or join the USFA at the event. Because the tournament includes fencers under the age of 18, all fencers who are under 18 and their parents must also sign the waiver form attached to the confirmation email and bring the waiver to the tournament or sign a waiver at the door. Equipment Check and Attire: Masks, body cords, lames, and sabre cuffs will be checked. All fencers are expected to wear full fencing attire and bring at least two weapons and body cords that meet USFA requirements. There are no exceptions to the attire and equipment rules.
