In an effort to promote and support saber, all youth saber events in this tournament are FREE!!! Just sign up and dont pay, we will approve your registration from here.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
- Standard FLA/FIE rules
- 350 NW Non-FIE equipment is accepted
- Saber and Epee
- Youth and Adult
AWARDS:
- Awards for youth events will be given to 8th place.
- Although the events are mixed, we will award separate medals and places for top boys and the top girls.
- Saber Y8 and Y10 are combined, but medals will be given according to the age groups. (that menas that the top Y8 will get "Y8 Gold" and the top Y10 will get "Y10 Gold", and so on for the rest of the places).
- Saber Y12 and Y14 are combined, but medals will be given according to the age groups. (that menas that the top Y12 will get "Y12 Gold" and the top Y14 will get "Y14 Gold", and so on for the rest of the places).
Y6 EVENT
Y6 Epee will happen Saturday at 6 pm, currently askfred doesn't support this age group so you will see the event listed as "Mixed Epee", but it will be Y6.
SANCTIONING AUTHORITY
- This event is Licensed by the AAU and Sanctioned by FLA
- AAU membership is required.
