ALL FENCERS MUST HAVE A CURRENT USA FENCING COMPETITIVE MEMBERSHIP.
DUE TO EASTER SUNDAY ALL EVENTS HAVE BEEN MOVED TO SATURDAY (4/19).
In accordance to USA Fencing, all fencers must wear the correct knickers where the flaps are sewn to cover the fastenings in the direction of the fencer's armed arm (right-handed from right to left - left handed from left to right). So left-handed fencers need left-handed knickers to fence.
PREPAYMENT: Prepayment through AskFred will be required. All preregistrations that have not prepaid through AskFred will be deleted the night of 4/17, and walk-in rates will be charged to anyone who has not prepaid by that time.
A rated fencers fence for free.
WALK-IN POLICY: Fencers who did not register by Thursday, 4/17, and still wish to compete may do so for increased fees: First event $50, subsequent events $40.
REFUND POLICY: There will be no refunds offered after April 12th!!!
EVENT CAPS: All events will be capped at 56.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Fencers born after the year 2011 will not be eligible to fence in any senior events.
WAIVER POLICY: In accordance with UF policies, the Green Gator 2025 Waiver MUST be filled out by all competitors.
WEAPON AND EQUIPMENT CHECK: We will check for masks and gloves for all three weapons. Saber fencers must use an 800N glove as per USA Fencing regulation. We will check mask strap elasticity.

PARKING AND VENUE: On the weekends, all parking is open in the Southwest Recreation Center lot, as well as the Commuter Lot across the road. The venue is basketball courts 5 and 6, with a fencing-specific entrance on the North side of the building.
FOOD AND DRINK: Food and drink with the exception of water is NOT permitted inside the gym. Food and drinks other than water may be kept and consumed outside in the picnic area. This is the policy of the gym space we are using.
EVENTS SCHEDULED: C & Under Senior Mixed Epee, Senior Mixed Epee, C & Under Senior Mixed Foil, Senior Mixed Foil, C & Under Senior Mixed Saber, Senior Mixed Saber.
