This upgrade can be done on a personal device, or via a paper application provided by the Bout Committee. **Those in a "pending" status who refuse to upgrade to a Competitive Membership at the event will not be allowed to participate in KSG. ** Any discrepancies between the USFA and a fencer's membership status will be handled by the fencer. It is the fencer's responsibility to contact the USFA and request a refund. PREREGISTRATION AND REGISTRATION: **CLOSE OF PREREGISTRATION is 7/25/17, 4 days before the event.
