BIRTH YEARS (Eligibility):Vet Combined= fencers born 1985 or earlier.
Special Pricing (Cash or Check only unless paying thru AskFRED):
$45 per event IF you pre-register AND pay online (or in Medeo office by cash or check) by Saturday, 7/19*.
$55 per event for walk-ins that haven't paid online. (Cash or check only!)**
$65 per event for walk-ins that haven't pre-registered by Saturday 7/19th (Cash or check only!)**
*Online preregistration closes on Saturday, 7/19th.
.Cancellations must be made by 7/19/25.
$10 of your preregistration fee is non-refundable and will be included in your event fee.
**Payment at the door MUST be made by cash or check (made out to Medeo Fencing Club).
Exact change is appreciated! (If you prefer to pay by credit card, it *must* be completed through AskFred by 7/19/25.)

Format and Sanctioning: This tournament is sanctioned by the New Jersey Division of the US Fencing. All fencers are expected to
wear the required fencing attire (including knee-hi socks!) and bring at least two weapons and body cords that meet USFA requirements.
There are no exceptions to the attire and equipment rules. You must have proof of valid USA Fencing membership.

(Fencers can arrange for the club to pick them up at the Station).
Absolute Fencing Gear: The Medeo Fencing Club is located on Chimney Rock Road! One mile away from Absolute Fencing Gear, just a short drive to its location. Absolute Fencing Gear is open Monday-Friday AND Sundays! (Closed Saturdays.)
