Please read the following instructions carefully before the game day:

Check-in: When you arrive at The Stony Brook School, please follow signs to the Gymnasium, wait on the line for check-in. At the check-in, you will be asked to sign the Liability Waiver. Weapons and equipments will be checked. Check-in starts 30min prior to the start time of the event; and closes 10 minutes prior to the start time of the event. Changing Room:Changing rooms will NOT be available for use. All fencers should change before coming into the venue.
