NGFC March Tournament & RYC

Come to the Last Georgia RYC of the Season - Last Youth Chance to Qualify for Nationals. Also, something for you adult fencers too! Events Scheduled: Mixed Epee D & Under Mixed Foil Y10 Women's Epee Y10 Women's Foil Y10 Men's Epee Y10 Men's Foil Y12 Women's Epee Y12 Women's Foil Y12 Men's Epee Y12 Men's Foil Y14 Women's Epee Y14 Women's Foil Y14 Men's Epee Y14 Men's Foil Preregistration opens on 02/14/2011. Preregistration closes on 03/19/2011. Entry Fee $20 for first event, $15 for second event for the non-RYC events. Men and Women's events may be combined if there are less than 3 fencers each. Email ngfc@ngfc.us with questions. All fencers must have the following USFA mandated safety equipment: - Approved jacket and knickers (no sweat pants) - Knee-length socks (no exposed skin) - Fencing glove - Mask to be tested at check-in - Underarm protector (plastron) on weapon arm - (Females) Hard plastic chest protector Also, all fencers should have at least two working weapons and body cords. If you need to join USFA or renew your membership for 2010-2011, you can do so at the tournament. All Y10 and Y12 competitors who participate will qualify for Summer Nationals. The winner of the Y14 event will also qualify for Summer Nationals. Please note the entrance to NGFC (from Brogdon Road) is at the 805 Brogdon Road building. The 811 building is in the back.
