Only USFA-registered, Philadelphia Division-registered fencers of appropriate age are eligible to compete in this event. (POSTED USFA ratings and points standings as of the day prior to competition are the only ratings/points that will be considered at time of check-in.) Events Scheduled: U17 Women's Foil, 9 am U17 Womens' Epee, 1 pm U17 Women's Sabre, 3 pm U17 Men's Foil, 9 am U17 Men's Epee, 1 pm U17 Men's Sabre, 3 pm These times are close of check-in; check-in opens one hour prior to the listed time. The fencer must present proof of CURRENT USFA membership at the time of check-in. It is the fencer's responsibility to show such proof. No one will be permitted to fence without a valid, proven, and CURRENT USFA membership. Registration opened 09/11/2011. Registrations at regular fees will be accepted on FRED (or via paper) until midnight, December 1. Whether via FRED or via a mailed paper registration form, your registration is not complete unil payment is made. (If you pre-register, but do not pay via FRED, expecting to show up at the door to pay, you will be required to pay the double fees.) Registrations wil be accepted at the door on the day of the event. Payment at the door is by personal check or cash ONLY and payment at the door requires all registration and event fees to be DOUBLED.
