New England Division - Y14 Qualifier

qualifying results will be available via www.fencingtimelive.com USA Fencing Access membership allows fencers to compete in local division sanctioned events, including qualifiers. This membership does not allow competing in regional events. ALL fencers MUST be either COMPETITIVE members or Access members of USFA to fence in qualifying events. PLEASE NOTE: Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Western Mass, are NOT members of New England division. Currently, Riverside Fencing Club is the furthest club within the New England division. Also, if you check your membership profile it should list which division your membership falls. Division membership is based on your home address, your club location, or school/college affiliation. If you register for this event and are not a member of New England division YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED YOUR ENTRY FEE. Fencers must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the United States. Any fencer who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, who has also represented another country in the last three years, in any FIE and/or Union International de Pentathlon Monderne (UIPM) event, and who has not yet been granted permission to represent the USA by USA Fencing and the FIE is not eligible for any USA Fencing National Championship competition, individual or team, including division qualifying competitions. A foreign fencer who is in the United States on a visa is NOT eligible to fence in any National Championships, individual or team, or associated division qualifying competitions. Divisions allowing ineligible athletes to compete in qualifying competitions will be fined by USA Fencing; a $500 fine, which may be invoiced or withheld from the division’s membership rebate New England Division Y14 qualifier for Summer Nationals. 2008-2011 birth years. National point standings do not apply for this event. $35 online registration by March 11 $70 online registration by March 18. Unpaid entries are not considered entered into event. If you are not fully paid by deadline, you are late and will not be allowed to complete registration. REFUND DEADLINE - 3/18/22 No refunds for self-withdrawal. Refunds must be requested before the stated deadline and must be done by the organizer (merritt55@comcast.net). Please note: refunds are NOT credited to your credit card. We must send a check so please , if you request a refund, put your address in the email. NO LATE ENTRIES OR WALK INS Please do not email asking for late entry. No registrations will be acceptable after final deadline. Y14 competitors must be citizen or Permanent Resident; bring PR card with you if applicable. You may not fence if you represent another country. If you are too young for Y14 but on y12 point standings, please contact the organizer (merritt55@comcast.net) for registration help. New England Division is not responsible for any payment issues on askfred. To avoid payment issues and allow time to hire referees, please do not wait until the last minute to enter. Medals awarded to top 4 25 percent of the total field qualify, fencers on NATIONAL POINT STANDINGS will count towards the total but will be skipped when counting for qualifiers.
