Observational tournaments to help train new referees. Opportunities to get more bouts in this summer. Events with 8 people or less will be fencing out places. Events with 15 or more will fence a down bracket.

Candidates who took the referee seminar should fence in this event and will not have to pay registration or event fees, candidates looking to get observed but not fence will be charged $20 per weapon for observation.
