Scenic City Open - Chattanooga, TN Schedule of events (times listed are close of registration): SATURDAY October 22nd 9:00 AM – Open Mixed Foil 1:00 PM – Open Mixed Saber SUNDAY October 23rd 8:30AM – Open Mixed Epee 11:30 AM – D & Under Mixed Epee Doors open at 8:00 a.m. Cost: (with pre-registration) $20 for 1st event, $5 for each additional event (without pre-registration) $30 for 1st event, $5 for each additional - Registration will be paid at the door. - Pre-registration closes on Oct. 19th. Location: University of Tennessee at Chattanooga – Chattanooga, TN MacLellan Gym Note: Parking at UTC is free on weekends – just make sure not to park in a reserved space. Membership applications will be available at the tournament. - Ratings will be awarded as appropriate for each event. Awards will be given for first through third place in each event. Hotels: - For those of you staying multiple nights, we have arranged for a couple of the "nicer" hotels in town to provide a discount on their normal rates for tournament participants. Just tell them you are coming for the UTC Fencing Tournament when making reservations. - There are cheaper hotels in the area but these are the places UTC has guests stay when visiting Chattanooga.
