Lilov FA (LFA) April Fools RYC (Region 3)

Welcome to the Lilov Fencing Academy April Fools RYC! We’ll do everything we can to create competitive and pleasant environment with memorable moments for all young fencers, parents, armorers, and referees. Youth fencers from all states are welcome to join us! As always, we’ll have cool prizes and delicious food. We look forward to seeing you all again this year! The Regional Youth Circuit (RYC) is sanctioned by USA Fencing and Youth Development Committee. RYCs are a group of events in each region throughout the country for youth fencers in the Y10, Y12, and Y14 age categories in all three weapons. They provide an opportunity for young athletes to experience elite competition, earn regional points, and prepare for future national events while limiting travel time and expenses for the fencers and families. RYCs are one of the possible qualification paths for Y10 and Y12 fencers to the Youth NAC and for Y10, Y12 and Y14 fencers to the Summer National Championships. If your registration is rejected for age and you are on the NRP list, e-mail your registration request to pma@lfanj.com Fencers are required to present a copy of their birth certificate, government-issued photo identification with the date of birth or a passport. This is not required if your birth year has not been verified by USFA and your USFA card indicates "Birth Year Verified – Y” FEE SCHEDULE: Regular registration period ends at 11:59 pm on March 15th: Regular Registration Fee: $30 (nonrefundable) Regular Event Fee: $25.00 per event Late fee period: begins on March 16th and ends at 11:59 pm on March 30th: Late Fee Registration: $60 registration fee (nonrefundable) Late Event Fee $50 per event. All registrations made after 11:59 pm on March 30th will be considered as walk-ins. Walk-in Registration Fee: $90 registration plus a $200.00 surcharge per USFA guidelines. Walk-in Event Fee: $75.00 per event. ALL WALK IN FEES WILL BE PAID AT THE DOOR IN CASH OR CHECK. Registration is not complete until your full payment is made (through ASKFRED only). If you are listed as an “incomplete” registrant on the AskFred list, you will be charged the walk-in fee. REFUND POLICY Registration fee and any Askfred surcharges are nonrefundable. The last day to request a refund of entry fees is February 15th, 2015. Submit all refund requests to pma@lfanj.com Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks after the tournament.
